SHIPPING ( DOMESTIC + INTERNATIONAL )
Domestic orders will comply with USPS shipping schedules (no weekends / U.S. national holidays). International orders will depend upon the specific delivery service used for your order. Please note, artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country’s regulations. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. Shipping is included for all domestic orders. Please email email@example.com for International shipping questions.
Shipping timelines depend on the size and shape of purchased art. On average, it will take 7 - 10 business days for domestic shipping and 2-3 weeks for international shipping. This time does not include the process of varnishing, drying and packaging the art. Shipping before the piece is ready will compromise the quality.
COST OF SHIPPING
The cost is determined based on the weight and size of the painting as well as any products needed to help protect the painting during shipping. International shipping costs are subject to duty, taxes, and other fees depending on your country’s laws. You can also contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping cost estimate.
All sales of painting(s), and design(s) are final. No returns will be accepted.
ARTWORK ARRIVED DAMAGED, WAS NOT DELIVERED, WAS LOST, OR WAS STOLEN FROM MY DOORSTEP
Rocha Art and Design, LLC (RAD) is not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (domestically or internationally), and is not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. RAD suggests reaching out to the shipping company if any issues should arise. RAD works extremely hard to package each and every order with care in sturdy/heavy duty mailers and tubes so that it arrives undamaged. Remember that RAD has no control over the treatment of your package in transit.
HOW RAD HANDLES SITUATIONS THAT FALL OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
Not Delivered/Lost/Stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” and yet is nowhere to be found on your doorstep, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. This does not happen occasionally, and it is uncommon to have the package returned here to the studio. If that is the case, we are more than happy to forward it to your correct address, however additional shipping cost will be incurred by the client. If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, you must contact the shipping service personally and immediately to open up a claim. Each art work is automatically insured to avoid any lost/stolen/not delivered issues. If a package is unable to be delivered, and is returned to our studio, we are happy to reship, but ask that you pay for the additional shipping cost. We are unable to repaint any order for free that has been not delivered, lost, or stolen.
If you decide to cancel your project, you must do so within 48 hours after signing the scope of work. Failure to comply will result in a nominal fee of 50%.
Custom paintings are non-refundable. Custom paintings are made and specifically designed to meet the needs of you and your space. Progress photos will be sent throughout the process.
Refunds will be returned via original payment method.
Sale and discount items are non-refundable.
The actual color and texture of my paintings may vary slightly depending upon lighting conditions in your home as well as the computer screen brightness when viewing online.
